Reality: Very little isn’t available or can’t be ordered. A merchant with our logo will help you find what you want.

“Customer service is sub-par”
Reality: Customer service can be poor in mall or “big box” stores. Our owners care about you and strive to earn your repeat business.
Our Commitment: We treat you right!
How we live out our commitment: We welcome you when you arrive. We train our staff to serve you well. We honor our posted hours. We post our return policy.

“It costs more here.”
Reality: Shopping “down the hill” takes time and gas money, and online orders add shipping costs and delay.

How we live out our commitment: We know what it costs elsewhere, and strive to keep our prices competitive.

“It’ hard to find parking”
Reality: You’ll often walk further while dodging cars in a mall or “big box” parking lot than you will here.
Our Commitment: You get first choice!

“I want more variety and choice.”
Reality: Merchants showing our logo will help you get what you want. The more dollars spent here, the more inventory, selection and pricing will improve.

“We like to go “down the hill” as an outing.
Reality: Enjoy the ride, but don’t ignore the facts: Dollars spent in Placer County costs us jobs and sales tax revenues in Nevada County.
